signs on the vacuums that are off or out of order would be helpful instead of driving around guessing. the hours are too limited for people that work 9-5. maybe 730 am to 730 pm. Nice staff and car wash overall. Just not sure how else to give feedback

The manager on duty was really pleasant and very helpful; I had a code on my tag that wouldn't work at that location, and he spent time tracking down my info and made sure I left with a proper code on my windshield and a great car wash to send me on my way. He was positive and polite.

Came in planning to get a basic wash, and Garrett greeted me and welcomed me to Tidal Wave right away. When I told him I wanted the basic wash, he mentioned he’d seen me before and asked if I’d considered the clean club. I expected a sales pitch and I was ready to give the usual “no thanks,” but before I could, Garrett explained the value of the membership with no pressure at all. I actually started leaning toward the basic, but he broke down the higher-tier washes and how the shields and repellents keep my car cleaner longer. I ended up upgrading. A week later, my car still looks great. Didn’t know what I was missing. They could put up a hundred Ronnie’s, but they don’t got Garrett.

I have used Tidal Wave Car Wash on Schillinger Road several times. Each and every time it has been an outstanding experience. Best vacuums EVER and other additional cleaning perks as well. Casey is top notch in customer service. He removed and reattached my bike rack in order for me to use the car wash according to the high standards and quality of Tidal Wave. Most appreciative of his extra efforts with a kind attitude. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Waited for almost 10 minutes at the payment kiosk. The person in front of me was having troubles, signing up, or was just talking to the attendant. I didn’t have a membership so couldn’t use that lane, apparently. At NO time was I acknowledged. I just left. This is not difficult process! If the attendant just let me know it would be a minute or something, I would have been fine. This is the second time this has happened but I was blocked from leaving last time. I’ll never return.
